Looking to gain valuable finance administration experience in a supportive environment? We have an excellent short-term opportunity to cover a key role within a busy organisation.
In the Finance Administrator role, you will be:
- Managing the finance file and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring and responding to finance-related emails
- Uploading and processing invoices
- Supporting the monthly pay run in collaboration with a payroll provider
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience in finance or administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident IT skills, including Excel and finance systems
- The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
Please note, it is highly advantageous to have the ability to drive due to the location new Betws y Coed.
This is a temporary position for 4 weeks, working full time 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You'll be based in the heart of Snowdonia starting on an hourly rate of £13 plus benefits including Corporate discount for Conwy Ffit, weekly pay and holiday accrual.
