In the Administrator role, you will be:
  • Providing efficient administrative support including maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Offering advice and assistance to clients regarding home improvements and adaptations
  • Preparing, attending, and taking accurate minutes at meetings
  • Maintaining regular communication with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to team objectives and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
To be considered for the Administrator role you must have:
  • Previous administration and office experience, including accurate minute-taking
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Welsh language skills are preferred but not essential
This is a temporary position for 1 month initially, working full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  You'll be working from offices in St Asaph starting on a hourly of £12.33 per hour plus holiday pay.
