Job Description

Are you an experienced Quality Control Analyst looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join a well-established and innovative business, supporting laboratory operations and ensuring all quality standards, GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements are always maintained.

In the Quality Control Analyst role, you will be:

  • Supporting daily quality control laboratory operations, testing activities and validation processes
  • Ensuring all laboratory procedures, SOPs and GMP standards are followed accurately and consistently
  • Completing laboratory documentation, records and logbooks promptly and accurately
  • Reporting equipment faults, deviations, non-conformances and supporting investigations when required
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health & safety and environmental practices within the laboratory
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities, stock control and wider production teams as required

 To be considered for the Quality Control Analyst role, you will need:

  • A Degree in a science-based subject, or equivalent internal training
  • Previous experience within a Quality Control or laboratory-based role
  • A good understanding of GMP, health & safety and environmental practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential

 This is a fixed-term position for a period of 18 months, offering a competitive salary depending on skills and experience. You will be joining a supportive and professional working environment with opportunities to further develop your skills within a highly regulated manufacturing setting.
