Are you looking to build your career within manufacturing and production? We are currently recruiting for a Production / Plant Operator to join a busy and growing business near Denbigh. This is a hands-on role working at the heart of the production process, supporting the smooth and efficient running of plant operations whilst maintaining high standards of quality, safety and performance.
In the Plant Operator role, you will be:
- Carrying out manufacturing and production operations in line with company procedures
- Operating machinery and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring working areas, machinery and equipment are kept clean and tidy after use
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and environmental practice at all times
- Completing manufacturing and production documentation accurately and efficiently
- Reporting equipment faults, production errors and any operational concerns promptly
- Supporting the Production Supervisor and wider team to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the business
To be successful in the Plant Operator role, you will need:
- Previous experience within a Production, Manufacturing or Plant Operator role
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good numerical, literacy and problem-solving skills
- A strong commitment to health & safety procedures
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive and reliable approach to work
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role offering a salary starting from £12.71 per hour + holiday pay depending on experience, with free on-site parking provided.
