Our client, a well-established and successful business near Pwllheli, is on the lookout for an organised and enthusiastic Administration & Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries or responding professionally
  • Entering supplier invoices into Sage Accounts and checking delivery costings
  • Processing customer orders and raising purchase orders
  • Generating delivery paperwork and booking outgoing transport using web systems
  • Producing pro forma invoices and taking card payments via online portals
  • Assisting with invoice generation, including calculating transport costs and using web platforms to submit invoices
  • Keeping office systems and traceability records neat, tidy, and up to date
  • Supporting the team with general admin duties and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following:

  • Previous, demonstrable experience in a similar Administration and Accounts based role
  • Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
  • IT proficient including MS Office, experience using Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage
  • A friendly, professional approach and strong attention to detail
  • Able to follow procedures, work to deadlines, and contribute to a team environment
  • Organised, flexible and ready to pitch in wherever needed
  • A proactive self-starter who’s keen to grow with the role
  • Ability to understand / speak in Welsh is desirable but not essential

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday, in exchange you will receive a competitive salary between £25,000 – £27,000 per annum depending on skills and experience and the opportunity to develop your skills and career.
