In the Compliance Administrator role, you will be:
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
- Overseeing policy management, ensuring documentation is current, compliant, and well-organised
- Supporting GDPR processes and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with admin tasks including communications, appointment and referral handling and record keeping
- Inputting invoices, raising purchase orders, and supporting general finance admin using Xero
- Managing counselling service admin including client intake, scheduling, session tracking, and invoicing
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience in governance, compliance, administrative support
- A strong understanding of data protection and policy development
- Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and liaising with a range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client or finance systems (e.g. Xero)
This is a temporary role for 4 months initially, working part-time 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 9:00am - 14:00pm).
You'll be based in offices in Abergele, on a salary IRO £13.74 per hour plus benefits including weekly pay, holidays and more.
