In the Project Officer role, you will be:
- Supporting Project Managers with the delivery of activities and sessions across Conwy county
- Attending community events and sessions, helping to ensure smooth running and positive engagement
- Liaising with participants, partners, and stakeholders to foster strong working relationships
- Keeping accurate records and assisting with general administration and data entry
- Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to community needs
To be successful, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and strong professional boundaries
- The ability to engage effectively at all levels, from participants to partner organisations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in community engagement and the ability to build trust
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and creative approach to challenges
- Confident administration skills and experience using MS Office
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
This is a temporary position for 8 weeks, working full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
You'll be on an hourly rate of £13.47 per hour + benefits, and based in modern offices in Colwyn Bay, with travel across Conwy county.
