Looking for a short-term admin role where you can put your organisational and customer service skills to good use? We’re currently supporting a small business in Corwen looking for office and reception support during a busy period.
In the receptionist / administration role, you will be:
- Assisting with bookings, emails, and phone enquiries
- Managing guest check-in/check-out paperwork
- Handling light data entry and filing tasks
- Supporting the hotel team with day-to-day admin duties
To be successful in the receptionist / administrator role, you’ll need:
- Previous admin or reception experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using basic IT systems
- Self starter and ability to use own initiative
This is a temporary position for 2-3 weeks, working on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
You'll be based in Corwen, and starting on a salary of £12.21 per hour depending on experience.
