You’re responsibilities will include:
- Rolling up your sleeves to support all departments and keep operations running like clockwork
- Supervising shifts and lending a helping hand to Heads of Departments
- Being the go-to contact for staff and guests, ensuring every query or hiccup is handled with care
- Keeping standards high and smiles wide by maintaining top-tier service, safety, and security
What We’re Looking For:
- A hospitality superstar with experience across hotel departments like F&B, housekeeping, or similar
- A hands-on leader who knows how to inspire a team and tackle challenges head-on
- Fantastic communication and problem-solving skills that turn tricky situations into triumphs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts
- Ability to drive and own vehicle is desirable due to location
This is a part-time temporary role until October 2025, offering 2 – 3 shifts per week (approx. 16 hours) plus additional cover for holidays and absences which will include evenings and weekends. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £13.00 - £14.00 per hour plus accrued holiday pay whilst on assignment.
