Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling administrative tasks to support programme delivery
  • Monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with funding guidelines
  • Supporting data collection, evaluation processes, and reporting activities

  • Collaborating with project partners to maintain seamless communication and coordination

We are keen to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Essential: 5 GCSEs (Grades A*-C, including English and Maths) or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, fluent in both English and Welsh
  • Experience with financial systems or working in higher education environments is desirable

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a meaningful project that makes a real difference to young people’s lives. While primarily based in Bangor, the role does offer some flexibility for occasional remote working to support a healthy work-life balance.

This is a six-month, full time fixed term contract initially, working Monday – Friday 7.25 hours a day between 8.00 – 5.30.  With an annual salary of £23,144 - £25,138 pro-rata depending on skills and experience.

If you’re proactive, organised, and passionate about making an impact, we’d love to hear from you – apply now and help transform lives today!
