Job Description

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving results and leading dynamic teams? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager (PM) to oversee and deliver projects from start to finish across a diverse range of areas for our client based in Bangor, Gwynedd.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring every phase including planning, execution, and delivery is managed effectively. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and ensure projects meet their objectives within a given timescale.

As the Project Manager your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing and delivering all phases of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Developing comprehensive project plans
  • Allocating resources, set deadlines, and monitor progress to achieve milestones
  • Facilitating regular meetings, communicate updates, and address any issues
  • Overseeing project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Balancing workloads, assign tasks, and review work to ensure consistent quality
  • Coordinating training for end-users impacted by project implementations
  • To manage project scope, document changes, and secure stakeholder approvals
  • Preparing detailed status reports

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a project management or a related role
  • Certification in CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
  • A valid driver’s license and current passport
