In the Administration / First Aid role, you will be:
- Assisting with general administration, including data entry, finance admin, and document management
- Administering first aid as needed, maintaining accurate medical records
- Update and maintain medical notes on the SIMS database
- Communicate with the public and staff regarding medical incidents and wellbeing
- Answering calls, direct visitors, and relay messages
To be successful in the Administration / First Aid Support role, you will need:
- Previous administration and office experience
- First Aid trained / qualified
- Strong organisational and admin skills with attention to detail
- Experience using ICT systems (SIMS knowledge is a bonus)
- A calm and professional approach to handling medical situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team
This is a temporary ongoing vacancy to cover absence. You’ll be working:
- Full-time: 26 March – 9 April 2025
- Part-time: 2 days per week (Monday & Friday) from 28 April 2025 onwards
You’ll be working in offices in Colwyn Bay and on an hourly rate of £12.65 per hour + benefits including weekly pay, holiday pay and Conwy Ffit corporate discount.
