Looking to build on your chef experience as part of a team delivering a delicious and well-presented menu? We are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate Chef with a passion for food and creative flair using fresh ingredients to join the team at a successful family run hotel.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- participating in building up the reputation of the hotel restaurant
- Preparing and delivering fresh food to the highest standard of quality and consistency
- Working on the a variety of stations
- Catering for Food service times (Breakfast & Dinner)
- Maintaining Health and Safety, Food Hygiene Standards and all COSHH regulations
We would love to see your CV if you have:
- Prior chef experience preparing meals from fresh ingredients
- Previous experience preparing food to a high standard
- To work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
- To be committed and reliable with good communication skills
- An up to date Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
This is a permanent full-time position working Approx. 40 hours per week including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. On a 5 days on 2 days off Rota Basis. The salary for the role is between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience. Accommodation provided if needed & Own transport will be helpful as the location and hours are difficult on the public transport route.
