In your role as a Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Building up the reputation of the hotel restaurant
- Preparing and delivering fresh food to the highest standard of quality and consistency
- Leading the team of chefs on the a variety of stations
- Catering for Food service times (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- Maintaining Health and Safety, Food Hygiene Standards and all COSHH regulations
We would love to see your CV if you have:
- Prior Chef experience preparing meals from fresh ingredients
- Previous experience preparing food to a high standard
- To work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
- To be committed and reliable with good communication skills
- An up to date Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
This is a permanent full-time position working Approx. 40/45 hours per week including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. On a 5 days on 2 days off Rota Basis. The salary for the role is between £26,000 to £28,000 dependent on skills and experience. Own transport will be helpful as the location and hours are difficult on the Public transport route, However, Accommodation would be available if necessary.
