Looking to earn extra money at a fantastic one-off event in the stunning Conwy Valley? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join a friendly team for a busy event taking place on Friday 18th September 2026, in a beautiful countryside setting near the Conwy Valley.
In the Bar Staff role, you will be:
- Serving drinks quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Delivering excellent customer service to guests throughout the event
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the event
To be considered for the Bar Staff role, you will need:
- Previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to attend any required briefing or shadow shifts prior to the event
- A full UK driving licence due to the rural location and limited public transport links
This is a temporary event-based position working Friday 18th September 2026, from 5:00pm until approximately 1:30am. The role offers £14.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay.
There may also be additional opportunities available across the year to support holiday cover and other busy events.
