We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, to join an established family owned Manufacturing company in the Amlwch Area.
We are looking for a driven individual looking for career progression, who is a great team player, hands on and involved in all aspects of a busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment, FLT Counterbalance experience (ideally with a current Licence).
The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor will be to:
- Supervise and motivate a team of operatives
- Provide staff training
- Promote a positive working environment
- Liaise with members of staff and management to ensure smooth operation of the department
- Picking and packing products
- Order processing
- Goods in and out
- FLT operation
- Stock control
- Maintaining stock records and distribution around site
- Liaise with clients to schedule dispatches and deliveries
We'd like to see your CV if you have the following skills & experience:
- 2+ years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- FLT Experience with a Current Licence (Desirable)
This position is being offered on a permanent basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 with a Salary in Circa of £30,000 per annum dependent on skills & experience.
