Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working outdoors, managing teams, and operating machinery? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Agricultural Foreman to join a well-established agricultural services business supporting farms across the Isle of Anglesey. Working closely with the Manager, where you will lead a team of 4-5 machine operators and manual workers, overseeing cleaning operations across Anglesey to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As an Agricultural Foreman, your responsibilities will be:
- Supervising and coordinating a team of operatives across multiple farm sites
- Planning and organising daily workloads to meet farm schedules
- Driving a company van between sites and towing equipment when required
- Operating agricultural machinery including tractors, trailers, and skid steer loaders
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Supporting and motivating team members to achieve operational targets
- Liaising with the Farm Cleans Manager regarding schedules and site requirements
As an Agricultural Foreman, you will need:
- A Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- To be confident and have experience driving larger vehicles including Tractors and able to to tow trailers (essential)
- To have previous supervisory, team leader, or foreman experience
- To be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- To be practical, reliable, and able to lead by example
- To have a willingness to learn and operate agricultural machinery
- A flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends and bank holidays
What's on Offer?
- OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum based on hours worked
- Additional payments for weekend and bank holiday work
- Company van provided, including fuel
- Full training provided for tractor, trailer, and skid steer loader operation where required
