In the Finance Assistant (Purchase Ledger) role, you will be:
- Processing core financial data, invoices, supplier statements and payment runs
- Managing finance inbox queries and liaising with suppliers and staff
- Supporting audit requirements through accurate scanning and record keeping
- Handling petty cash and banking, investigating discrepancies where required
To be successful, you will need:
- Accounts and administration experience (ideally within a finance environment)
- Experience of cash handling
- Experience with bespoke financial Systems
- Numeracy and IT skills (MS Office and accounting systems)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, customer-focused approach
- The ability to converse in Welsh both written and verbal is essential
This a temporary full-time position based on the outskirts for Caernarfon working Monday - Friday, with an hourly pay rate of £14.06 per hour plus holiday pay.
