In the General Administrator role, you will be:
- Providing efficient administrative support including maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling correspondence
- Offering advice and assistance to clients and maintaining regular communication with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders
- Contributing to team objectives and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
To be considered for the Administrator role you must have:
- Previous administration and office experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate. You'll be working full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), and you'll be working from offices in St Asaph starting on a hourly of £12.76 per hour plus weekly pay, holiday accrual and Conwy Ffit Corporate discount.
