Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service
- Ensuring the building is safe, secure, and fully compliant
- Supporting residents’ wellbeing through engagement, activities, and community involvement
- Managing lettings, waiting lists, and working to minimise voids
- Carrying out assessments and developing tailored support plans
- Working closely with health, social care, and community partners
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do
- Collaborating with a wide range of internal teams and external partners including health services, social care professionals, contractors, families and community groups
To be successful you will need:
- Experienced in working with individuals within the care, supported living or housing sector
- Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
- Passionate about delivering person-centered support
- Skilled in housing management and/or supported living environments
- Confident working with partners and external agencies
- Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and experience working in a customer focused environment
- IT confident, with experience using Microsoft Office
- Fluent Welsh language skills written and verbal are desirable
- An Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK drivers licence with access to own transport
This is a temporary role on a week-by-week basis, working 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday 9am–5pm). You'll be on an hourly rate of £19.75 + accrued holiday pay based in Bangor, Gwynedd.
