Ready for a challenge where you will be putting your culinary skills to good use? We have a new opening for a motivated and driven chef to work within a team environment supporting a busy center near St Asaph.
In the role of Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and presenting high quality fresh food
- Supporting the delivery of a menu and procedures to standards set within the company guidelines
- Complying with all legislation including Food Hygiene standards and COSHH procedures
- Assisting with stock control and ordering
To be considered for the Chef role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a quick service environment and delivering excellent service standards
- A keen interest in food, including the use of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate and willing to train for level 2/3
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance requirements
This is a temporary part-time assignment working on Friday 13th March, from 9:00am until 8:00pm. The role offers a pay rate of £13.79 per hour plus holiday pay. Please note that the site can be difficult to access via public transport, with limited nearby bus or train connections, so candidates with their own transport or the ability to arrange travel to and from the location will be preferred.
