An exceptional opportunity has emerged for temporary cover for the period of two weeks.
In this role, your focus will be on proficiently overseeing on-site operations and resources while delivering outstanding customer service to the tenants of the facility.
As the House Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining comprehensive records and adhering to emergency protocols
- Assisting in the coordination of events and activities
- Engaging with potential homeowners and tenants, acquainting them with the organisation and the array of services provided
- Addressing inquiries related to various aspects of organisational management
- Assuming accountability for all aspects of Health and Safety, including reports, procedural adherence, inspections, maintenance, and security

- Previous experience in a customer-centric environment, ideally within the housing sector
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong orientation towards customer service
- The ability to uphold high standards of personal conduct and professional relationships
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and work autonomously
This is a part-time, temporary role working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 14:00 pm, the role is due to start March 23rd for two weeks.
The payrate is £12.21 per hour + holiday pay and is located near Colwyn Bay.
