In this Finance Business Partner role, you will:
- Oversee management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial performance
- Collaborate with teams to track projects, revenue, and costs, providing insight for key business decisions
- Support audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Deliver project-level financial analysis, supporting managers with pricing strategies and margin improvements
- Lead the budgeting process and manage monthly forecasts
- Provide clear financial guidance to senior stakeholders across the organisation
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience preparing management accounts, reporting packs, budgets, and financial planning
- CAB-qualified or part-qualified accountant with evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong knowledge of management accounting, cost accounting, project accounting, and compliance
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver high-quality results
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong experience using accounting software
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. You'll be office based in St Asaph with opportunities to work from other branches. The annual salary is in the region of £46k - £50k depending on skills and experiences.
