Fel Partner Busnes AD Rhan-amser, bydd eich dyletswyddau’n cynnwys:

  • Cymorth a chyngor AD cyffredinol

  • Cefnogi recriwtio

  • Monitro iechyd a chydymffurfiaeth

  • Cefnogi prosiectau a phrosesau AD

  • Darparu cymorth AD drwy’r Gymraeg, gan gynnwys cyfieithu a dogfennu

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio ochr yn ochr ag arweinydd AD presennol a rhaid iddo/iddi fod yn hyderus yn gweithio’n annibynnol.

Bydd gan yr ymgeisydd delfrydol:

  • Cymraeg rhugl (hanfodol)

  • Cymhwyster CIPD (Lefel 7 yn ddelfrydol, Lefel 5 yn cael ei ystyried)

  • Profiad mewn rôl AD gyffredinol (ar lefel Rheolwr Cymorth AD / Partner Busnes AD Iau)

  • Sgiliau trefnu a chyfathrebu cryf

Mae hon yn rôl hyblyg, hirdymor hyd at fis Mehefin 2027, gan gynnig sefydlogrwydd a chydbwysedd gwaith-bywyd. Gwaith 1–2 ddiwrnod yr wythnos ar gyflog rhwng £35,000 – £47,000 y flwyddyn (cyfwerth ag amser llawn, pro rata).

Are you a HR Professional looking to top up your hours? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified, fluent Welsh-speaking HR Business Partner to support a long-term HR project within a public sector organisation.

As a Part-time HR Business partner, your duties will include:

  • Generalist HR support and advice

  •  Recruitment support

  • Health monitoring and compliance

  • Supporting HR projects and processes

  • Providing Welsh-language HR support, including translation and documentation

The successful candidate will work alongside an existing HR lead and must be confident working independently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent Welsh (essential)

  • CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred, Level 5 considered)

  • Experience in a generalist HR role (HR Support Manager / Junior HR Business Partner level)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

This is a flexible, long-term opportunity until June 2027, offering stability and work-life balance. Working 1–2 days per week on a salary between £35,000 – £47,000 FTE (pro rata)
