We are seeking two temporary receptionists to provide professional front-of-house and administrative support based in Conwy. The role combines telephone handling, visitor reception, and light office or showroom support, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and passing information to the relevant team
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Assist with light office or showroom duties, such as making drinks and tidying communal areas
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous reception, customer service, or front-of-house experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Able to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual
Additional Information:
- Temporary position: mid-January to end of March
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Rate: £12.21 per hour
