In the Administrator role, you will be:
- Managing key asset and compliance records, including registers, certificates, and other uploads
- Processing job data, logging works, updating statuses, checking outstanding tasks and supporting schedulers with bookings
- Carrying out financial administration such as entering supplier costs, collating audit information and supporting returns, claims and grant bids
- Assisting with decarbonisation and investment programme tracking, including data mapping and maintaining accurate component records
- Providing high-quality administrative and customer service support, preparing letters, contacting customers, sharing contractor information and taking minutes at meetings
- Maintaining and updating supplementary trackers and spreadsheets to ensure visibility where system data is incomplete
To be successful, you will need:
- Strong administration and data handling experience with excellent attention to detail
- Confident use of Excel and ability to maintain accurate trackers
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work proactively with internal teams and external contractors
- Welsh Level 1 ability – courteous greetings and accurate pronunciation of place names
This role is on a temporary week-to-week basis, expected up to 6 months for the right person and working full time hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You'll be based in offices in the Llandudno area, however the opportunity for a hybrid working model is on offer too, and starting on a competitive hourly rate of £13.63 plus weekly pay and holiday accrual.
