In the Receptionist role, you will be:
- Managing a busy front desk to ensure an efficient and professional service for all visitors. Dealing with all enquiries, signposting, and handling incoming calls
- Providing administrative tasks including maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, managing emails and post, taking payments, data handling and filing
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office duties
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience in a reception / administration role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT and organisational skills
- A friendly, flexible, and professional approach
This is a permanent, part time role working Thursdays & Fridays, based from offices in Rhyl. You'll be starting on an hourly rate of £12.21, plus benefits.
