As an Organisational Development & Diversity Assistant, you’ll provide professional administrative support within education. From handling employee lifecycle processes to supporting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and make a real difference across the organisation.
In this role, you will be:
• Administering inductions, probation and performance review processes
• Supporting staff development requests and maintaining CPD records
• Collecting and presenting equality and diversity data
• Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and keeping accurate records
• Handling enquiries and providing advice across the organisation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to work well in a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
This is a temporary part-time role within education, based in Wrexham, working 26 hours per week. The position is offered at £13.50 per hour, with an immediate start and running until 28th November 2025 initially.
