In the Business Support Administrator role, you will be:
- Providing full administrative support including handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, booking meetings, preparing documentation, and answering calls and emails
- Supporting internal systems for training event records, rota planning, attendance tracking, and generating reports
- Coordinating training logistics including venue and equipment bookings, training materials, certificates, and catering schedules
- Assisting with ordering supplies, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and liaising with Finance
- Supporting department managers with data collation, diary management, and selection processes
- Helping maintain training and development resources, inventories, and internal databases
To be successful in the Administration role, you will need:
- Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Welsh language Level 2 skills (or willingness to develop)
This is a temporary role for 3 months initially to cover long-term sickness, working full time hours, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
You'll be based in offices in St Asaph, starting on an hourly rate of £13.95 per hour plus benefits including weekly pay, holiday accrual and more.
