In the Finance Officer role, you will be:
- Providing a comprehensive range of financial support services to various levels and Governing Bodies
- Supporting in all aspects of the finance service, preparing budgets, closure of accounts at the end of the financial year, preparing financial projections and monthly reconciliation
- Providing advice on budget matters and assisting with the interpretation of reports and solving administrative problems
- Investigating queries regarding payments and charges made against budgets
To be successful in the Finance Officer role, you will need:
- Experience working within a financial / accounting based role
- Relevant accounting qualifications (AAT)
- Proficiency with computerised accounting systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisation, planning, analytical & problem solving skills
- An ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines independently
This is a 3 month temporary position working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You'll be starting on an hourly rate of £14.36 plus benefits and the role is located within the organisations head office near Colwyn Bay, Conwy.
