Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrator skilled in Microsoft Office? Our client is looking for a skilled General Administrator who can work quickly, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced and varied environment where no 2 days are the same.  This is a permanent role, working full-time offering a hybrid role based in modern offices on the beautiful isle of Anglesey.

As a general administrator, you will be: 

  • Supporting the project team with internal and external communications
  • Ensuring all administration duties relating to current projects are up to date and delivered in a timely manner
  • On a monthly basis sending out action reminders to all those responsible
  • Checking all reports to ensure that any actions raised have been closed and supporting evidence is attached
  • Monitoring customer complaints and any non-conformance
  • Ensuring office supplies are sufficiently stocked and place orders when needed 
  • Ensuring any incidents and accidents are logged and monitored accordingly
  • Producing electronic spreadsheets, monthly and annual reports

If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role / environment 
  • Strong verbal communication skills, demonstrating a courteous, fluent, and calm telephone manner
  • Accurate recording skills with ability to collate relevant information
  • Proven Organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to assess work priorities and have a flexible approach to changing work demands and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft office, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently

This is a full-time, permanent vacancy working 9am – 5pm, Mon – Fri. In return they are offering a competitive salary of between £20,820 to £23,500 per annum depending on skills and experience plus company benefits. The role offers Hybrid working, requiring you to work from home as well as different sites as and when required.
