In the Business Support & Facilities Manager job, you will be:
- Working with colleagues to develop and implement plans for business change and continuous improvement strategies
- Providing managerial leadership for a range of service teams/functions, ensuring operational delivery, forward planning, and adherence to quality standards and performance levels
- Managing strategies, financial planning, and facilities management of all premises, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices in Health & Safety and risk management
- Offering project management expertise to facilitate the delivery of service and infrastructure developments, ensuring business continuity and forward planning
To be successful, you will need:
- Good standards of education (5 GCSE or equivalent) plus proficiency in technology & software skills
- Proven managerial experience with strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle the sensitive nature of issues and information handled by Services
- Demonstrate comprehensive awareness of confidentiality, discretion and data protection principles
This is a temporary position for approximately 26 weeks, working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You'll be working from officer in Colwyn Bay, on a salary of £19.81 per hour PLUS a range of benefits.
