Priding themselves on providing a world class service within the compliance and testing industry, our client is looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support the HR team.

As the HR Administrative Assistant your duties will include:

  • Recruitment Support, managing job postings, preparing offer packets, and conducting reference checks to ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Onboarding Coordination, facilitating new hire orientation and ensuring all resources are ready for a smooth start
  • HR System Management, entering and updating employee records, maintaining accurate and compliant personnel files
  • Data and Compliance Auditing, auditing HR records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Reporting and Documentation: generating, distributing, and managing HR reports, ensuring deadlines and standards are met
  • General Administrative Support: handling scanning, filing, and data entry while contributing to special projects as needed

We would love to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a HR/Recruitment role
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and HR software
  • Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
