In the Recycling Operative role you will be responsible for:
- The separation and recycling of various waste types and helping with the reduction of disposal to Landfills
- Keeping the sites clean and tidy
- Assisting members of the general public to recycle their waste
To be successful in the role you will need:
- A good work ethic, physically fit due to the nature of the role and happy to work outdoors
- Strong customer service and communication skills and be self-motivated
- Your own steel toe cap safety boots and waterproofs (other PPE will be provided)
This is a temporary position working Wednesday 28th to Sunday 1st November, with hours of 09:00–17:00 Wednesday to Saturday and 09:00–16:00 on Sunday. The pay rate is £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay accrued whilst on assignment.
