We’re looking for a Part-Time Call Centre Advisor to join a well-established organisation in Llandudno. You’ll become part of a friendly and supportive team, with the opportunity to build on your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience within a professional office environment.
In the Call Centre Advisor role, you will be:
- Respond to customer enquiries across a variety of channels, including telephone, email, Live Chat and SMS
- Book, amend and manage customer appointments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Make proactive outbound calls to help optimise appointment schedules and promote relevant offers
- Accurately update customer records and interactions using the CRM system
- Provide a consistently professional, empathetic and high-quality customer experience
- Handle a range of enquiries, including more sensitive or challenging conversations, with patience and professionalism
To be successful in the Call Centre Advisor role, you will need:
- Previous experience within customer service, contact centre or a similar customer-focused environment
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A calm and professional approach, with the ability to remain solution-focused in a busy environment
- A confident and professional telephone manner, including the ability to handle sensitive or complaint-based calls
- Excellent communication skills, with empathy and patience when supporting customers who may have communication difficulties
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
This is a temporary position for approximately two months initially, offering 8 hours per week, with working hours on Mondays and Saturdays, 9:00am–1:00pm.
You’ll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, earning £12.71 per hour, with weekly pay and holiday accrual.
