In the Outreach & Widening Access Co-ordinator role, you will:
- Developing and coordinating outreach and widening access activities and initiatives
- Building strong relationships with schools, colleges and community organisations
- Planning and delivering events, workshops and engagement activities
- Managing partnerships, contacts, budgets and associated administration
- Monitoring activity, preparing reports and using data to support future planning
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience in outreach, student recruitment, education or partnership development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
- Experience of planning and coordinating events or projects
- Confidence working with a range of organisations and audiences
- Good IT and administrative skills, with CRM experience desirable
- Flexibility to travel and occasionally work evenings and weekends
- A DBS check will be required.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week on a temporary period until end Dec 2026. You'll be on an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour + holiday accrual and weekly pay.
You'll be based in offices in Wrexham which is accessible via public transport and have parking facilities available too.
