In the Medical Receptionist role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcoming service
- Manage digital triage queries and supporting customers to use new online systems
- Handle enquiries, appointments, orders and samples efficiently and accurately
- Provide administration support using internal software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Calendars daily
- Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach and helping resolve issues in a positive manner
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous reception and administration experience, ideally gained in a busy customer facing environment
- Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly (EMIS experience highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict calmly and professionally
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to bring positivity to challenging situations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
This is a full time temporary role initially with potential to become permanent for the right person. You'll be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts will fall between 8:00am and 6:30pm, with your exact working pattern varying depending on the rota.
The role is offering £13.30 per hour, plus weekly pay and holiday accrual, and you'll be office-based in Conwy.
