One of the leading educational establishments in North Wales, has an opportunity for a Bilingual Administrator to join its friendly team based in Bangor in a temporary full time position up until the end of December 2026.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be supporting the HR team delivering all aspects of HR to meet their diverse and dynamic needs.
As a HR Administrator your main responsibilities will be:
- Administering all aspects of HR from recruitment through to leavers processes, supporting the HR team
- Administering effective HR communication tools including the website
- Administering the HR database and file networks, maintaining high standards of data quality
- Data Input
- Preparing letters, dealing with emails/correspondence
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience within a HR administrative role (Desirable)
- Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is essential
- Educated to level 3 with a good general standard of education to include GCSE at Grade C, or above, in English and Maths, or equivalent
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office and google suite
- Ability to work as a team member and be flexible, adaptable, and approachable
- Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure
- Ability to cope with a range of tasks at any one time and prioritise workload accordingly
- Ability to work in a confidential manner
- A Current Enhanced DBS Certificate, or willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check is essential
This is a full- time role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, but would consider Part-time - 3 days a week (22.5 hours). In exchange, you will receive an annual salary of £27,128.40 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience.
