We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a rapidly growing holiday letting business based on the beautiful isle of Anglesey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to become a key part of the team, building strong relationships with guests and property owners while helping to deliver an outstanding holiday experience.
As a Customer Service Professional your responsibilities will be to:
- Be The first point of contact for guests and property owners, providing friendly and professional support
- Coordinate cleaners, contractors and suppliers to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
- Deal with queries quickly, efficiently and with excellent attention to detail
- Monitor guest feedback and help identify ways to continually improve the customer experience
- Support the onboarding of new properties and ensure everything is ready to the required standards
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve processes and support the continued growth of the business
- Help maintain a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all communications and touchpoints
- Take ownership of issues, finding practical solutions and ensuring they are followed through
To be considered for this role:
We're looking for someone who is organised, technically minded and naturally proactive, with the confidence to work independently and get things done.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
- The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Documents
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) – desirable but not essential
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday (35 hours a week). In return you will receive a salary in Circa of £24,000 per annum (dependent on skills & experience), 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays + your birthday, offering Hybrid working when possible as well as a Fantastic opportunity for career development and progression.
