In the Business Support Officer role, you will:
- Review and investigate compliance issues, supporting the implementation of corrective actions
- Produce, analyse, and distribute reports using in-house systems, communicating findings to Operations Managers
- Assist in resolving compliance discrepancies and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Provide a range of business support and administrative assistance across the team
To be successful in the Business Support Officer, you will need:
- Previous administration or office-based experience
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment
This is a temporary role, reviewed on a weekly basis; however, for the right candidate, there is the potential for the position to become permanent. You'll be working full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Based in offices in St Asaph, you'll start on an hourly rate of £12.76, plus benefits.
