In the Medical Receptionist role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Manage digital triage queries and supporting customers to use new online systems
- Handle enquiries, appointments, orders and samples efficiently and accurately
- Provide admin support using internal software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Calendars daily
- Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach and helping resolve issues in a positive manner
To be successful, you will need:
- Strong reception and administration experience, ideally gained in a busy environment
- Confident IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly (EMIS experience highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict calmly and professionally
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to bring positivity to challenging situations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
This is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
You’ll be working part-time, at least 25 hours per week across Tuesday to Thursday, although hours may vary depending on a rota. Shifts will fall between 8:00am and 6:30pm, so you may start early or finish later depending on the schedule.
The role offers £13.30 per hour, weekly pay, holiday accrual, and is based in Conwy.
