In the Legal Secretary / Administrator role, you'll be:
- Audio typing of legal correspondence via audio dictation
- Providing a high quality service to clients, catering for all their needs whilst maintaining rapport and building strong working relationships
- Specialising in typing and clerical skills in dealing with matters within the Department
- Carrying out typing requirements i.e. letters, memorandums, forms, documents, statements, other accounts and change of data.
- Diary management, filing documents, updating records and preparing any other administrative function as required
- Providing relief for reception in accordance with any rota/local arrangements when required
To be considered for the Legal Secretary / Administrator role you must have:
- Previous Legal Secretary experience preferably within a legal environment
- Strong audio typing and administration skills
- Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills
This is a permanent role based from their offices in Chester, working full time, 37.5 hours a week (normal working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break). The annual salary is competitive and dependant on skills and experience PLUS employee benefits!
