Job Description

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Conveyancing?  A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established, reputable firm of solicitor’s based near the beautiful market town of Ruthin.

In the Legal Secretary role, you'll be involved with:

  • Assisting the Conveyancers in the management of caseloads, dealing with file related queries and file management
  • Assisting the Conveyancers in the processing of matters on a timely and cost-effective basis
  • Ensuring that clients are dealt with efficiently and politely and that appropriate legal matters are raised with the Conveyancer
  • Audio typing of legal correspondence via audio dictation
  • Providing administration support for a busy office
  • General office administration including reception, data inputting and booking appointments

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous Conveyancing Legal Secretary experience
  • Strong audio typing and administration skills 
  • Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday – Friday, offering a competitive salary dependant skills and experience.
