Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Liaison Officer to join and support the Community Resource team in a busy, varied role that could be a fantastic career move!

As the Administration Liaison Officer, you will be: 

  • Assisting with the integration of all administrative functions for the Community Resource Team
  • Ensuring frontline colleagues are supported to carry out their duties by a proficient and reliable administrative service

To be considered for the Administration Liaison Officer role you must have:

  • Similar experience in a senior administration role previously, ideally within Social Services or Public Sector
  • Evidence of computer Literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, an ECDL (or equivalent), have a Supervisory/Management qualification or equivalent and an ability to pick up internal systems quickly
  • A good standard of education; 5 GCSE qualifications grade C or above, to include English or equivalent proven experience at a comparable level.

This is a full-time temporary vacancy with an ASAP start.  The position is expected to continue until March 2022 on a salary of £10.00 per hour plus holiday pay.  You will be working 37 hours per week Monday – Friday and will be predominantly home based with occasional office working based in Colwyn bay and other sites across the County of Conwy.
