Job Description

One of North Wales’ leading not-for-profit organisations is growing from strength to strength and is now seeking an experienced administrator to join its expanding friendly team on a temporary basis.

The company has a great reputation providing a range of combined services aimed at supporting people to flourish in the workplace. As part of the administration team, you will be providing professional, customer focused, efficient and effective support for their operations.

As an administrator, your duties will include:

  • Providing effective administrative support to all members of the team
  • Providing a professional, timely and efficient customer focused response to general office enquiries via telephone or email
  • Providing administrative support, including taking telephone calls, inputting data, processing invoices, booking appointments, dealing with correspondence
  • Assisting to develop and maintain office systems, maintain client records, business details and contacts in an accurate and confidential manner as per GDPR legislation
  • Any other duties as required by the Lead Administrator

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in providing effective customer focused administrative support in an office setting
  • IT literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office including excel, access and word
  • Be Highly organised, working accurately with good attention to detail
  • Able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a friendly yet confident approach
  • Ability to work alone using own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Be pro-active with a good work ethic and flexible in tasks

This is a full-time fixed term position until September 2022 with potential for extension if continuation for funding is confirmed, with a salary of £19,047.60 per annum pro rata.  You will be working part remotely 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, and then based out of our clients  offices on days not working from home.
