Job Description

As a Bilingual Enquiries Agent, you will be:
  • Providing information and advice by a variety of media including telephone and web-based services
  • Providing bilingual customer service systems for organisations throughout Wales & the UK
  • The Main point of contact to incoming enquiries
  • Responsible for reception and administration duties too 
  • Dealing with complaints and issues that may arise  
To be considered as a Bilingual Enquiries Agent you must have:
  • Administration and ICT skills including Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment
  • Ability to handle high levels of incoming calls 
  • Ability to converse in Welsh, both written & verbal
  • An ability to work under pressure, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
This a permanent role offering both full and part time vacancies, flexibility would be needed regarding hours as shift patterns include evenings and weekends. In return, you will receive a salary of between £17,000 - £18,000 dependent on experience, a good holiday entitlement, company pension as well as other benefits.

The role does require you to work from home at present, although will be moving back into office post COVID a
nd you will be provided with all the relevant IT equipment.
