A well established, local business is looking for an experienced Commercial Invoice Clerk to join its expanding team.
As a Commercial Invoice Clerk you will be responsible for:
- Gathering information from current projects
- Matching invoices to the projects and processing them via internal software packages
- Processing supplier invoices
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve invoice queries
- Ensure supplier data is kept up-to-date and is accurate
- Other administration duties as required

- Previous experience in an accounting environment (essential)
- Good knowledge and experience of accounting software packages
- A fast learner & show willingness to learn new processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Data Input and IT skills
- Be resilient and persevere through difficult systems
- Demonstrate the tenacity to keep going to get the job completed
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Welsh Speaking Desirable
This is a full time, temporary role (Monday - Friday) until the end of June. However, could become permanent for the right candidate. Salary is between £18,000 - £20,000 dependent on skills and experience and is based near Caernarfon.
