In the Employability Coach role, you will be:
- Providing information and advice by a variety of media including telephone and web-based services
- Supporting clients who are seeking employment, training and education helping with application forms, job searches, benefits, and other new opportunities to suit their needs
- Main point of contact to incoming enquiries and responsible for reception and administration duties too
To be considered for the Employability Coach job you must have:
- NVQ 3 equivalent ideally in a related area e.g. advice and guidance or experience of working at this level
- Administration and ICT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience working within a customer service environment
- Ability to handle high levels of incoming calls
- Welsh speaking (Highly advantageous)
- An ability to work under pressure, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
This organisation has both full and part time vacancies available for a temporary period of 12 months (31st March 2022).
Flexibility would be needed regarding hours as their working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 9pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm.
The role does require you to work from home and you will be provided with all the relevant IT equipment.
The hourly rate is £10.60 per hour plus any accrued holiday time whilst on the assignment.
Please note, this role is subject to DBS certificate being completed.
