Job Description
As one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers who puts their customers at the heart of everything they do, and prides themselves with innovation, professionalism and sustainability within their industry, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join its expanding team.

Trading for over 15 years, this company has a great reputation in the marketplace and is renowned for providing quality products, specialist knowledge and service within their industry. 

Based in the heart of Anglesey, you will accountable for managing a team and be involved in all aspects of running a busy warehouse.  

As a Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of operatives
  • Provide staff training
  • Promote a positive working environment
  • Liaise with members of staff and management to ensure smooth operation of the department
  • Loading & Unloading Trucks
  • Order processing
  • Goods in and out
  • FLT operation
  • Stock control
  • Maintaining stock records and distribution around site
  • Liaise with clients to schedule dispatches and deliveries

We are keen to see your CV, should you have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to work in -20 degree environment
  • At least Level 2 Hygiene and food Safety Certificate 
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence 
  • Excellent IT, numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Team Leader / Supervisory experience  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   
  • Be physically fit and able to cope with a manual handling role
