Job Description

One of North Wales’ leading not-for-profit organisations established over 10 years ago to tackle unemployment and economic inactivity is growing from strength to strength and is now seeking a fluent welsh administrator based in Bangor, Gwynedd to join its expanding friendly team.

The company has a fantastic reputation providing a range of integrated services aimed at supporting people to flourish in the workplace. As part of the administration team, you will be providing professional, customer focused, efficient and effective support for their operations.

As the fluent welsh administrator, your duties will include:

  • Providing effective administrative support to all members of the team
  • Providing a professional, timely and efficient customer focused response to general office enquiries
  • Preparing and sending correspondence as and when required
  • Taking minutes and notes of meetings when required
  • Providing administrative support for workshops and events, including organising venues and refreshments, taking bookings, organising materials and overseeing registrations
  • Assisting to develop and maintain office systems, maintain client records, business details and contacts in an accurate and confidential manner as per GDPR legislation
  • Any other duties as required by the Lead Administrator

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in financial administration including raising and payment of invoices
  • Experience in providing effective customer focused administrative support in an office setting
  • IT literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office including excel, access and word
  • Be Highly organised, working accurately with good attention to detail
  • Able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
  • Administration experience of websites and social media
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a friendly yet confident approach
  • Ability to work alone using own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Be pro-active with a good work ethic and flexible in tasks
  • Hold a Full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle and be willing to travel within North Wales as required on company business
  • Ability to speak and write in Welsh (essential)

This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. In exchange you will receive a salary of £17,316 per annum, 30 days annual leave, a parking permit and flexible working hours between 8:00am to 6:00pm.
